This was a fun classic workout. The ones you look in after the mirror and go, “man I am gettin some muscle!”

DAY 13- Overhead Squats
This was an interesting day of exercise. Overhead Squats are exactly what they sound like. The squat is done with the weight held directly overhead through out the movement. Near max weight is prescribed for the 3 repetition sets.
